Budget

Each of the PTOs operate on an annual budget, which is approved by their school’s executive boards. The money used to sponsor PTO activities is raised through annual dues and fundraising events. Each school’s PTO contributes to the Central PTO. These funds are used for PTO administrative expenses, auditing expenses, website design and maintenance, donations to community programs and organizations that enrich our PTO mission. The PTO also initiates programs that increase educational opportunities for the students. Fundraising monies raised by the PTOs are used towards general PTO programming, teachers’ and principals’ wish lists, and various projects that enhance the schools.  Please click on the individual school to learn more about their programs and fundraising activities. The PTO’s success is evident in the students’ appreciation for their school, their teachers, and the opportunities these give to them.
